Patient Info
INITIAL APPOINTMENT
The first dental appointment is spent conducting a thorough examination. It includes listening to your goals and objectives, getting to know you, completing medical and dental histories, taking necessary X-rays, a clinical examination, and oral cancer screening.
On your second visit, we will discuss both the conditions present and the recommended treatment to achieve oral health. If more than one method of treatment warrants consideration, each will be discussed with you. An estimate of the fees will be given at this time.
RE-CARE VISITS
We believe that one of the most important services we have to offer is a plan for preventive dentistry. For this reason, all patients are asked to return at periodic intervals for preventive examinations and professional cleanings. The number of months between the re-care visits will depend upon each individual’s gum health and conditions, dental needs, and goals.
INSURANCE
We honor all dental plans that allow the patient freedom of choice of a dental provider. We will be glad to submit claims for you to your dental benefit plan. Our dental team is very knowledgeable in the area of insurance. Our patient care coordinator will help you with your dental benefit plan. Prior to any treatment, fees and your financial responsibilities will be discussed with you.
We are in PPO network with most major dental insurance companies such as Regence, and Delta Dental Plans.

CANCELING AND CHANGING APPOINTMENTS
If you cannot keep an appointment, notify our office immediately. Please give us at least 48 hours (two complete business days). This courtesy on your part makes it possible to give an appointment to another patient who desires to see the doctor. A broken appointment without two business days’ advance notification is subject to change.
If at any time you have questions regarding any treatment, fee, or service, please discuss them with us promptly and frankly. We will make every effort to avoid a misunderstanding to preserve a good, open relationship.
